The hotel is in a convenient location near the old town and is very safe. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but the lack of natural light and only hot air from the A/C were downsides. The service was outstanding with friendly and attentive staff, although a negative aspect was the uncomfortable experience in the buffet area. The dining setup was confusing, especially for non-Spanish speakers, but the location was excellent for exploring the city.
